The shipment of an order, through the form that is in the web page of the stores of www.nispero.com, indicates the total acceptance and without reserves of the present conditions. To warn the possible buyers that all the prices exposed in the lists of our products include IVA.
1.1.- To register
Once made the product selection for the purchase and before coming to formalize the payment, the system will require you are registered. Typing your data and choosing a password will assure the privacity of your data, will avoid to have to retype your private data. To register in ours site will allow to simplify the purchase in Nispero.com website.
1.2.- To buy
General procedure to make your order in Nispero.com shoping center:
1. In the bottom of the home page screen of the shop we found a cathegory menu of products, in the right lateral is the catalogue of all products and the shopping cart is in the part of the left of the page.
2. The main menu is accessible during all the stay in the store. From it, you can access to all the products that are in the cathalogue at the moment.
3. Click on the wished product range and choose the product with which will show us a descriptive card of the same one. In order to add it to the shopping cart we will click on the cart, and we will have the possibility of adding or clearing products. Once we add products to the shopping cart, we can continue increasing the number of products. Also it allows us "to erase" possible products chosen by error, for it we will press on the icon that symbolizes the minus.
4. The shopping cart and the description card of the product allows the possibility of increasing or of diminishing the number of units that we want of each product. The shopping cart is always visible basket so that we have the possibility at any moment to see the state of the purchase.
5. Once made the purchase we must fill up the form, in case we are not it, to manage so much sending like invoicing and the personal data of the interested one. The mode of payment will be by banking domiciliation.
6. When the person finalizes the registry will receive an email that tells you that the purchase has been made, and in a term of 48 hours you will make the entering in the banking account. When you make the payment you will send a fax or email with the subject of the purchase.
7. We finalize the purchase.
All the prices exposed in the lists of our products include IVA.
2.1.- The banking transference
The online state of reception of your transference is consulted twice per day. With the transference payment will be required a banking account to return the money in case that the process doesn't finalizes correctly.
Don´t forget send us the subject of transference, the reason you make the payment.

When you make an order it will be confirmed by e-mail, so that any change of availability or price of the products you want to buy. It's very important to review our message and comunicate us any error as fast immediately or any discrepancy about the price, data or giving.
3.1.- Downtimes
The Transport Company of Conserves Craftswomen of Loquat will make two collection, one of them on monday, and other one on thursday, both them at 11:00.
From Monday to Wednesday: All the orders that are confirmed before of Wednesday night at the 12:00 will exit on Thursday at 11:00 of Conserves Craftswomen of Loquat, they will arrive to its destiny on Friday.
From Thursday to Sunday: The orders that are confirmed before this time period will exit the next Monday at 11:00. The order will arrive to its destiny on Tuesday.
3.2.- Delivery expenses
The delivery expenses of products will be calculated automatically depending of the destiny to which they are going to be sent.
The established scales to calculate the delivery expenses depend as much of the province of delivery like of town.These data will be provided by the client at the moment at which the registry is done through the form.
This selection is made through a drop-down in which you first choose the province. Once selected, the next drop-down shows the avaliable towns to make the delivery.
In case the town of destiny is not between the possible options, the user must include his town's name to send the product.
In this case, the system will recalculate automatically the delivery expenses.
Once made the order and confirmed its cost, the system will recalculate the delivery expenses. The user could verify everytime, on the left of the screen, the purchse invoice, in which are dettached the cost of the purchase and the delivery expenses.
4.- Repayments
The buyer will arrange of 15 workable days from the order reception date to return any product. Repayments will not be admited if the product is not sent perfectly, attaching the original wrappers and packings, manuals, instructions, pamphlets and included accessories.The repayment expenses will be payed by the client.
The product cost repayment will be made by account deposit.
If you want to cancel an order that hasn't been sent yet, you can make it writing us to the e-mail. Remember to send us el Order Number that you want to cancel.
5.- General Conditions
Logically, the defects or flaws caused by a wrong use or material manipulation or product wear away produced by a normal use of itself won't be included in this warranty.
The modification of the actual conditions, totally or partially, is reserved.
